Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Logo Metal Finishing. We take pride in providing professional metal finishing, anodizing, powder coating, engraving, and custom services. Please review the following Terms and Conditions before submitting parts or authorizing work.
By submitting an order, completing our customer intake form, or authorizing services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or using services provided by Logo Metal Finishing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms before submitting parts for processing.
2. Services Offered
Logo Metal Finishing provides specialized services, including:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding part materials, specifications, quantities, and desired finishes.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Pricing may vary depending on part condition, material, complexity, preparation requirements, and requested finish.
Additional charges may apply when unforeseen conditions or additional work are discovered. Customers will be notified before additional billable work proceeds.
Final pricing will be confirmed before production whenever reasonably possible.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts & Materials
Customers are responsible for accurately identifying the material composition and condition of all submitted parts.
Logo Metal Finishing is not responsible for finishing inconsistencies or complications resulting from unknown alloys, prior coatings, hidden defects, contamination, or undisclosed previous treatments, except where caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
Previously used, coated, welded, cast, or repaired parts may produce different finishing results than new materials.
5. Artwork, Designs & Specifications
Customers must provide suitable artwork, measurements, specifications, and instructions when applicable.
Logo Metal Finishing reserves the right to reject projects that cannot reasonably meet our quality or production standards.
Changes requested after design approval or production commencement may result in additional charges.
6. Approval & Finish Variations
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable designs, proofs, colors, and specifications.
Due to differences in metal alloys, surface preparation, material composition, coating characteristics, and processing conditions, exact color matches and finish uniformity cannot always be guaranteed.
Anodizing and powder coating may produce variations in color, gloss, texture, and appearance depending on the material, surface condition, and application process.
Photographs, samples, and digital representations are intended as references and may not precisely represent the final finish.
7. Production Times
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Production schedules may be affected by workload, material conditions, equipment issues, supplier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
8. Payment Terms & Accepted Methods
Logo Metal Finishing generally operates on an honor-based payment system. Payment is not ordinarily required before production unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment is due upon completion or according to the terms stated on the customer’s invoice.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Insurance
Shipping Costs
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Logo Metal Finishing makes reasonable efforts to ship completed orders promptly but is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Damage, Loss & Liability
Logo Metal Finishing is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delays occurring during shipping or transit, whether items are being shipped to or from our facility, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and protecting all incoming parts and materials.
Standard Shipping Coverage
Most shipping carriers provide up to $100 in standard declared-value coverage or limited liability protection, depending on the carrier and shipping service selected.
This coverage is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions and does not necessarily constitute shipping insurance.
Additional Shipping Insurance or Coverage
Additional shipping coverage may be purchased at the customer’s request.
Customers must notify Logo Metal Finishing before shipment if additional coverage is desired.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with purchasing additional shipping insurance or coverage.
If additional coverage is not requested, shipments will be sent with the carrier’s standard coverage, if applicable.
Shipping Claims
Any claims involving shipping-related damage, loss, or theft are subject to the shipping carrier’s claims procedures, coverage limitations, and applicable terms.
Customers agree to cooperate with Logo Metal Finishing and the shipping carrier by providing photographs, packaging materials, and other documentation reasonably necessary to process a claim.
10. Returns, Refunds & Rework
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are generally final once work has been performed.
Refunds, replacements, or rework may be considered when Logo Metal Finishing determines that an error occurred during processing.
Customers should contact us promptly upon discovering a problem so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Logo Metal Finishing’s liability for claims arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Logo Metal Finishing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, or loss of use, to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania law.
13. Changes to Terms
Logo Metal Finishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply prospectively to orders and services authorized after the effective date, unless otherwise agreed.

1. No Returns
All services rendered are final. Once the anodizing process is complete, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Quality Assurance
We conduct thorough quality checks before the finalization of your order. If there are any discrepancies or defects caused by our processes, please contact us within [10days] of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all specifications, designs, and materials are accurate prior to the start of the anodizing process. We recommend reviewing all details carefully.
